I feel mentally strained a lot lately. Not good at talking about it and not sure how to deal with it

I have many days where I feel angry for no reason and I find it hard to pull myself out of this mood. I feel worse when I subject my kids and wife to my mood. Little things seem to set me off. I don’t know what to do or how I should handle this

Triggers it seems can be caused by many things that needs a diagnosis by a GP or specialist.
As a person with bipolar (mood swings mania to depression) and likely under the autism spectrum (sensitive to noise and other limitations) it could be a mental health issue. The important thing is not to take this possibility to heart as many people have issues getting through life and the cause could be miniscule. We even get moody over issues that might be lurking but not obvious eg financial pressure of marital issues, these could be easily fixed with therapy and having gone through that process myself several times it it well worth your while.

I understand your situation as many people feel the same way MarkL. I avoid using the 'trigger' word as just for me its meaningless. Yet our our own reasons for anger are important.
Can I ask (if thats okay) if you are having a reasonable nights sleep?
