Hi there,

Great news about your fitness.

Sounds like you are still feeling a little ambivalent. I wonder what the pro's and con's would be if you followed your attraction to men?

Hi lony666

Acceptance might be the key you need to open your heart to what ever you are, what ever your desires towards the journey that you need to "own" so you are relaxed with yourself.

Please google the below articles I've written here that could help you. They are a mixture and that is good I think because your identity issues need many forms of approach to ultimate freedom you seek.

Google as listed-

"Topic: Depression- a ship on the high seas - beyondblue"

"Topic: 30 minutes can change your life - beyondblue"

"Topic: depression is there any positive? beyondblue"

"Topic: Confidence- how do you get it? - beyondblue"

"Topic- motivation - search and rescue it - beyondblue"

Everybody has a place in this world.

Hi lonely666,

It is okay that you don't fully understand your sexuality or gender identity. It's okay to not fit in one or the other labels: gay/straight man/woman. It's all a spectrum. And things can change throughout life too.

If you want kids, there are many ways that you can achieve this, unless you specifically want your own biological kids,  which makes it harder. For instance, Victoria recently changed the adoption laws for same-sex couples - there are a lot more options for same-sex couples to raise kids. And if you feel that you are transgender, you don't have to change your body (and remaining fertile), to express your gender identity. If you get gender confirming surgery to female, you won't be able to conceive children of your own.

I'm starting to feel better about myself and the fact I'm attracted to men more then women

The issue about kids will work when I meet the right person

Great! I'm glad that you're feeling better.

Loads of people are having or adopting kids a lot later in life now, and like you said, you'll work it out when you meet the right person.

These forums will be here if you need more support.
