Hey everyone,
I feel like my only option in this world is isolating because I'm too difficult and traumatised to connect with others. I'm so wounded and Neurodivergent that I have to isolate myself because people are triggering and so many people don't like me.

Hi again, great to see you.
The 1st thing that comes to mind is- "what is so wrong with isolating yourself from people?" We are conditioned to think we should carry out a minimum connection with other humans yet, we are all individuals so that's a contrast.
If it's any comfort, I have reduced my inner circle of friends and relatives by 50% in the last 13 years and I'm so much better off. Narcissists, nastiness, selfishness, lack of basic empathy, plus living in this modern world is far more complicated our stresses and triggers work overtime.
Why is it you feel guilty for isolating?
