Hello and welcome.
I'm so sorry you're feeling this way and it sounds as though you are carrying a lot of pain and isolation. And I want you to know that my writing here and sharing your feelings and story here is a brave step.
And some things are easier said than done - setting boundaries to protect yourself and your children from bullying, even from close family members. Do you have a trusted friend that you can talk to, or perhaps a counsellor?
You matter deeply to your kids, even if it doesn’t always feel obvious. They love and need you in their lives. Keep going one step at a time, and don't hesitate to lean on support systems around you, including professionals or online communities.
Listening if you want to chat some more.

Hello and a warm welcome to the forums. Really sorry to hear what you are going through and thank you for reaching out.
If I may ask, is there any particular reason you feel your family doesn't care? Do you feel neglected or let down?
I am sure your kids definitely love you and needs you even if they don't show it all the time.
Bullying in any situation is unacceptable. The close family member that you mentioned might be addicted to "drama" and likes to create scenes in public or within the family. No one has the right to harm you or your kids, so setting boundaries is extremely important. If you're feeling hurt by their words or actions, don't be afraid to tell them.
If you feel overwhelmed by your family's negativity, it's important to get help. Is there any friend or family you can reach out for support or talk to your GP or therapist? It's always good to ask for help, you don't need to deal with toxic people on your own.
You deserve love and support in life. Here to listen if you want to talk more...
Take care
