Me and my ex gf been broken up for 4 weeks now. She broke up with me randomly. She told me that morning she loves me and she happy to have me in my life 2 hours later broke up with me. It was messy I was hurt because it was a great relationship and also just a perfect person. She has me blocked on everything because she doesn’t want anything to do with me she said to a friend. She loves me but doesn’t care about me. She been out partying and I know this because she’s talking to my mum. Sending mum photos of her out with guys. And she went back to her home and she’s texting my mum a lot more. They don’t talk about me. But yeah it hurts. I told her if we break up block my family and don’t have contact. Dad it annoyed because he believes you don’t not have the boyfriend but get the family. I’m confused as you want nothing to do with me but then talking to my mum more and more frequently. I need help. Does she miss me? Is she thinking about me? I’m going to talk to her this week coming up need advice please help!

Hi steven250,
Welcome to the forums and thank you for the post. Definitely sounds like a unique situation in which you were suddenly broken up with and now she is texting your mum more but not you at all.
If I were you, when I speak with her I would try to get some closure. Focus on speaking about how you felt when she suddenly blocked you and has left you asking lots of questions. Try your best to not be argumentative but just describe your feelings and what's going through your head. This will make it a constructive conversation and she will probably be able to provide some assurance. Hope this helps and let us know how you go!

Hi!
Breakups are always hard, and i agree with Bob.
Stay calm, ask questions, and tell her how you felt.
She may give you the closure you are looking for, but you probably should be prepared just incase she doesn't. I say this because we can never predict how someone is going to react.
I hope it goes well
Jx

Hi Steven20,
I am very sorry to hear about your situation. I have been dealing with the same push and pull dynamic (with a female BPD) over the last 18 months - which has now come to an abrupt end (thankfully).
No matter how much you feel towards her (love etc), you need to look after yourself and ensure that you practice strong self care. It's won't be easy in the short term, but you need to look towards your future.
Stay strong and look after yourself.
J.
