The devil in the mirror!

I am so angry at the moment, I cannot speak. I tried throwing everything around in my bedroom in the clinic, now I'm out for a walk, march or tantrum whatever you wanna call it!

Neil1 I've missed you and others here, but I could not stay on the forum.

Love, Yggy

Hello All,

thank you for your messages. It's been a tough couple of months, but I am better than I was and back in my own home.

Hospital has definitely changed me. Trying to get back to normality is hard. At least the meds are right now and I know how to take them.

Big hugs to all, Yggy x

Hi Yggy,

Congratulations for making it home again. Hopefully the medication will help you. Some tablets do require you to follow a certain routine, so hopefully you will be able to stick to that.

Now you are home, you can start to build up a new sense of "Normal" for you. You might like to try to do life a little differently.

We can never return to how things were, but we can make today the best it can be, start new routines and habits and plan for the future.

Wishing you all the best, from Mrs. Dools

Hi Yggy,

I am glad you are back home again. Home can have a comfortable feel about it, I find it like coming home to a warm hug.

I am pleased to hear that you have the meds all sorted too.

Routines can help when you're trying to start over. Trying to get up and sleep at the same times, eating at regular times and trying to add in other regular activities bit by bit whether it is a morning walk or a weekly grocery shop.

Take it easy, little by little.

Thinking of you,

Carol xx
