hello Imsad, I've had a quick read about ' chronic fatigue syndrome after serious heart infections' and understand why this can happen and I'm sure it has been very unpleasant for you and in turn very sorry for you.
These partners who have done despicable acts of violence would have certainly made a large dent in your life, and no it's not easy to overcome, simply because you have that worry hanging around you, whether or not what your next partner be like, so this will be a continual concern.
I'm worried about you being locked up in a unit, probably without much daylight, but there are a few issues that we have to try and help you with, and please answer if you want, that would help us greatly.
Are you protected from these partners whether they are in jail or been released, and whether you have put an AVO on against them, the doctor who diagnosed you with CFS and heart infections realise how you are feeling and diagnose you with any type of depression, and then given you a script for medication.
Another concern is that are you able to leave your unit and see your doctor, and if not maybe some can go with you, the other point is whether you have thought about changing your name by deed poll.
I really hope to hear back from you and please don't be afraid of any of us, we are only here to help other people because all of us have been through our own types of depression which have taken us to rock bottom, where you are now. Geoff.

Hello,

My name is Shell, I am glad you replied back. I am so sorry you have experienced all those awful things in your life. You sound so lonely and isolated there locked up. Do you ever leave your unit at all? Like for shopping for food or is it simply too unsafe?

You are physically safe here on Beyond Blue and there is lots of opportunity here for you to connect with other people, if you feel up to it. You can keep posting in your thread here or visit other threads such as the CAFE . The CAFE is a friendly sort of place, you can even just say hi and have a virtual coffee.

What do you do during the day, if it is okay to ask? Do you have any pets, a small dog or goldfish? I do not have any pets here, but would really like a cat.

Hope you write back and I hope you feel better soon.

Shell x
