Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I'd like to introduce myself. I'm 40 years of age, female. My interests include music (any genre), reading a great novel, watching comedy, Restuaranting, and learning new things. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Depression feels very lonely for me. I'd like to reach out for some support. Thank you.

Thanks Sleepy
I brought her out to the gentle sunshine this morning and she refused everything, so I texted my brother to come say goodbye this afternoon, if he wants. Then I had a short cry.
I have to keep remembering it's her decision.
I kept waking up last night to see if she was still alive.
IDK, it's hard.
I'm glad you've enjoyed the sunshine with a book. It's been really nice to see the sun... I guess very soon we'll be complaining about the heat lol, I will anyway!

Yes Blubes! Very brutal.
It's okay lol, I fast forward past the violent bits lol, I do that through the political talks too, they just annoy me lol!
Up to Season 3 Episode 4 now and I decided I'm not invested in ANY character in case they leave too! ....
At this point it feels like I can predict who'll go next.
It's like the writers pull you in to LIKE or just admire a character and then away they go lol... it's clever on the writer's behalf really, because whether you like it or hate it, it pulls you in to see what happens next.
And it's also like the writers leave the MOST annoying characters IN well beyond anyone standing them and we get totally sick of them and leads us to weird reactions later..
Yeah hard to talk about it all openly in case of a spoiler alert lol!
On a FAR more important note, I'm really glad that guy got rid of his blond hair and went to his natural dark... that was SO distracting for me! LOL it actually was!
Just like in "The Man from Snowy River" that drove me ughhh, totally spoilt the movie for me!
Like, NO, drover's would NOT have dyed their hair 200y ago... ugh.
It was less distracting for me in Suburra but I kept being reminded of Snowy River movie UNTIL Season 2 when he dyed it back lol!
I WENT OH YAY!
And Spadino's of the Richter clothing does my head in a bit lol, HALF that get up and you'd still believe it all.
What are you watching now?
I might watch Schitt's Creek next bec apparently you get a lot of laughs out of it lol... and after Suburra! Well laughing might remove the need for Counselling over that one.

Hey Mocha,
That's awesome that you bought a treadmill!! Congratulations on the purchase. Exercise will do you a world of good. In the last 3 days, I've worked my guts out. I really pushed myself to beat the small covid belly I've got. And, to get rid of some stress and tension too. It helps when I work out with music on. I really pump up the volume.

Hey Ems,
Lol .. Spodino's outfits...typical Italian drug dealer. Something out of Melbourne's underbelly gangsters. How about his and Angela's room? Lol. And, yes Lele - OMG.
That isn't how you watch a movie, Ems .. forwarding all the violent and political bits. You'd miss parts of the movie!!
I'm not watching anything atm .. I'd have to flick through them and see what they have available and takes my fancy.
So, I met my flatmates gf briefly this afternoon. She didn't stay long at all. She seems nice enough. 🙂

Mocha, did you have a good work out on the treadmill? And, do you listen to music whilst you do it to motivate you? I couldn't work out without any music. I love music anyway, so at home, there's always music in the background. It sets off the morning, and evening for me - I love it, it's how I live my life - music, music, music. lol. How do feel again after not working out for soo long?? You find that you'd get back into it after you find some motivation and start getting some momentum with it. And, when you see results, OMG that's the greatest feeling in the world!! Like, a feeling of success, you know.

Hi Blubs,
thats nice that she was pleasant
Hope you find something relaxing to watch. Good on you for all the working out that you've done, sounds like you trained really well!!
Good on u. How have the chats been with the flatmate?
The friend who's a girl drives me nuts lol. But I guess pretty common. Just call her your girlfriend... the label won't make any difference if that's what she technically is...

Okay nice one meeting gf, glad it went well.
Mmmm we just found out that my son and his gf are on the verge of breaking up (not prodigal son).
I knew things weren't going well, he always said things were okay, good or great, but I could just tell. He was so devoted to her, it'll break his heart.
I was pretty close to her but nowhere near as close as prodigal son's gf.
Another first heart break to hug one of my children through.
First heart breaks, don't they suck big time?
Anyway Blubes, I'd LOVE their bedroom on Suburra lol! My gold gilded mirror in my hallway entrance is GRAND like that!
It's HUGE and ornate and I found it on the side of the road about 30yo.
Took it home and taught myself how to "gold leaf" things then did it lol.
Then hung it and EVERYONE loves it! Well they SAY they do lol... then ask me how much it was and where I got it from. Funny answers, I can't lie.
Ughh feeling flat now for son.
My darling chicken is going downhill tonight.
Prodigal son - just found out and he's coming home on the weekend. I doubt it's to see any of us.
I bet he just wants to pick up stuff or something. I'm going to ask him to being one piece of our luggage home (it's really good quality and I don't want them to keep it!).
He has 2 pieces but 1s enough for him to live out of.
As my Nana used to say, "The only constant is change". A bit of a downer depending on how you look at it... the other constant is LOVE in my books.

Hey mocha
WELL DONE YOU for exercising, even when you don't want to... you score double points for THAT exercise lol.
Do you listen to music when you exercise like Blubes does?
I think it'd be AWESOME inspiration for us to post a song that uplifts us here... I see it on other threads and it's a lovely sharing thing to do... okay great, that's settled lol!....
I'll go first... they're both blasts from MY past before any of you were born probably! hahaha... ore youngsters to torture... but you MUST dance!
