Introduction - Hello Everyone

Guest_498

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum. I'd like to introduce myself. I'm 40 years of age, female. My interests include music (any genre), reading a great novel, watching comedy, Restuaranting, and learning new things. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Depression feels very lonely for me. I'd like to reach out for some support. Thank you.

it appears Dan was wearing North Face today which just makes me smile. More relaxed Dan.

I just read the news that as of today we have more businesses open - I hope I got it right? I hope everyone is okay, wow these times have been hard

Hi all,

Lol...just an update. I called mental health but my case mngr was out on a house visit and I spoke to someone else wanting to know the reason for my call. I mentioned discharge and he was banging on so I said U know what there was never anything wrong with me the only problem I had was with mental health, you're a hoax. Lol.

Need to wait and hear back from the case manager. I just want this chapter closed.

Good news about the flatmate, except for the close hanging habit lol... I'd say U can hang them on the actual clothes line you know.

Ems yay for getting the bike repaired soon and for losing your tummy.

Great news for you Victorians! I'm happy for you!

Yes, I have been discharged. Oh what a feeling!

Such fantastic news monkey!!!

I saw your news on your thread, what a relief!

Happy days,

Love EM

"SO HAPPY to hear the flattie is 'working out' get it? working out lol. Working on my comedic side" Yes, Ems, keep on working. Don't give up your day job 😛 Jj. Thats funny. lol.

I love dancing - what dance did you do? Spare me the innards story, thanks missy. I can just imagine. I do have a question though. This might be a stoopid question .. but after having a baby, can one get their stomach and down there back to normal size again?? I srly don't want to wreck my body with a baby.

Hey Sleeping beauty & naughty Monkey,

Yeh, it IS strange how he does that - hanging his washing in his room and all. He did live in a shared house with another guy before moving in with me. So, this might be it. It's not like we're going to get our undies and socks mixed up lol!! Anyways. Monkey, I did say exactly what you suggested, but its his thing, I guess.

Monkey, that's GREAT NEWS!!! Good on ya, girl - girl power!! I'm sooo happy for you, bbg!!! Great stuff, you're finally free from those toxic ppl - yay, such a relief!! Happy, happy days.

Yes, he was wearing the North Face jacket. It's his thing, isn't it? So, retail, beauty, pubs & hospitality are effectively opened tmr. They had to get ready to open today. I'll be shopping tmr, and making my app't for my eyelash extensions. Yay!!

Btw, if you're interested in the silver fox, google him and suss when he was younger. His eyes are like all puppy dog like. Mmmm

Yes,
I am away from bad ppl. I didn't choose them, they chose me...and ruined things. But now they have one less in their clutches. I am the one that got away... thankfully.

Ikr, Monkey. Amen for that.

Yes AMEN indeed monkey! So awesome, I'm so proud of you. HAPPY HUGS!! and a bit of jumping around. Did you do a happy dance? lol.

So no more bad ppl? GREAT!
My "formula" was to shut myself down... not quite the mentally healthy thing to do so I crept back into the world slowly.

DO you have a Plan on how to suss out the nutters lovely ladies?

Ummm what type of dancing... ballet, jazz, contemporary, TAP! A bit of other stuff but I did those 4 for around 25y, till I was 9 months pregnant with my first lol! And started again 2y later.

Blubes there's no guarantee about anything pregnancy and childbirth can do to a woman's body.
I've got horror stories from my own exp's and some shockers of my friends'.
I did SO much prep for my first that the Library thought I was studying to become a Midwife lol!

Still, things happened and I just want to say that every scar, stitch and what not was absolutely worth it.

It's almost "a code" amongst women that we don't share the horrors because hopefully you won't know these at all.

From the bottom of my heart, if you're worried about your body changing then I'd think very seriously about "going there".
IF I had my time over again I would go with mothers as Medical support all the way.
I wouldn't let a man near me, no matter HOW highly qualified they are, they just don't get it, it's not possible.
My 5c 😁.

On the flattie hanging clothes in his room... have you asked him about it?
Maybe he's just super modest about his 'unmentionables' lol.

I reckon you'd have to camp out in front of the shops to even get IN there tomorrow Blubes!

I'm sure they'll be doing the "Covid limits on numbers inside" places like here.
Have guided queues with social distancing and masks etc.
Let 3 out then let 3 in stuff.

For now most of that's passed here.
We're still surprised that in over 600 ppl working on my site that no one working there or in our immediate families has tested positive. Not yet.
But we're well aware it can strike at any time, that's for sure.

I hope you're having a ball at the shops and driving the whole 25klm and all else.

Hey gorgeousness,

Hope you've had a fantastic day, today!!

Lol yeh, I'm catching up on threads now and will answer soon. You are right!! I was out shopping today - Ikea, Bunnings, Coles, made eyelash app't for tmr. I couldn't get in today. Happy with what I purchased. Got a throw rug, new glass mug for my toothbrush, bathmat, bed sheet, clothes hangers. Yay! lol. I get so excited.
