Panic Attacks

I suffer with panic attacks, I hate mornings. I’m always thinking what if. How can I stop this

I am not a morning person. I wake up sad many mornings and I want to go back to sleep. I have set routine so I say to myself shower and dress and if you still feel bad you can rest or go on computer for 30 mins. Usually am okish once dressed.
Find something that helps you, whether music, moving, a routine , deep breathing. I know it is hard and only you know may help.
If you feel panicky you can
think of things that
you can. See
you can touch
you can feel
you can hear
you can see.
you can smell.
as a way to ground you.
if you look up panic attacks you can read how others have coped.
not sure if any of this helps a bit but I wanted to reply and say I am listening and you are not alone.

Hi Scared1956,
That's tough. I also have anxiety (GAD), and in the mornings my mind sometimes tells me a whole lot of junk really fast. Some of those thoughts can be like: you're going to have the worst day, no one will like you today, you're not good enough, you're not attractive enough, you're not making the right choices, you're going to crash your car.
I also hate the feeling of waking up all anxious. I agree with quirkywords idea about deep breathing. I try to be grounded before I get up. I also show myself some love, especially if I had any scary dreams, by just giving myself a hug and saying it will be OK.
Sometimes I think anxiety has to do with physical health. For example, not eating regularly or getting enough sleep or exercise can make your thoughts go faster. But then there is no easy answer. Can I ask if there's something that has been going on for you recently that might be triggering?
Sometimes anxiety just has no reason, and when that happens I really hold onto the belief that thoughts are just thoughts, and they do not have to have power over you. The last thing that really helps me is accepting the anxiety and accepting myself. It's not fair that some people get it worse than others, but you are not alone.
