Hi Lisa,
Thank you for reaching out.
It can feel like such an isolating experience, but you are definitely not alone - so many women experience difficulties with this for all sorts of reasons whether that is finding the right person, falling pregnant, or carrying bub to term. And the stresses of not feeling 'good enough' or 'well enough' or in the right place to carry a child can make it even harder. The experience of being pregnant can also bring up mental health difficulties for those with and without a history of mental illness. If you feel comfortable, I would really encourage you to contact PANDA (https://panda.org.au/) on their helpline. They have some great resources online too. Speaking to someone about what you're experiencing can be really valuable. Do you feel that you can talk to someone like your GP about this?
Please feel free to reach out on here as and when you need.
Take care.

Hi Lisa,
Thank you for reaching out.
It can feel so isolating, but you are not alone - so many women experience similar thoughts and feelings around pregnancy. If you feel open to it, I would really encourage you to have a look at some of the great resources on https://panda.org.au/ - they also have a phone helpline too (it is a confidential service, but not 24/7). Speaking with someone like your GP can also be really valuable in getting some guidance and support with what you are experiencing.
Please do not hesitate to reach out as and when you need, we are here to listen.
Take care.
