Depression Anxiety yes yes and yes. Sometimes I even create physically symptoms psychosomatically. It’s been a hard year. The mind is the most important thing. That’s where everything starts.

Hi Mickii,

My experience with depression is very physical, tiredness, aches, nausea, these occur when I am very low. I also find it hard to keep my head up when I am low and feel very fuzzy and slow in the head. I have mostly recovered now but still suffer from these symptoms from time to time.

I hope this helps, and hope you are going well.

Yes, definitely! Nausea, dizziness, feeling extremely tired, loss of appetite. For me these are all signs of a depressive mood. Nowadays I can see the signs developing and try to take steps to manage it, but in the earlier days it was overwhelming. The important thing is to recognise when those symptoms are starting and to begin a program of self care and focusing on you.

Take care, Kev

Mickii,

wonder how you feel when you have depression. Do you have any of symptoms listed in other posts.?

Do you ever get a warning that a depression is coming via physical symptoms.?

Mainly fatigue, dizziness and dissociation. I feel better if I do something but find it hard to get motivated. Sometimes it is like being paralysed. Once it happens I often feel there is no way out.
