Hi Surreal canvas,
Sorry to hear that things are tough for you.
What advice were you after?
You mention mania and depression and being on mood stabilising medication for this. Have you been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia? Or are you describing a manic episode with you say mania psychosis?
I guess you could say to your GP that you've still been experiencing manic episodes and have also been quite depressed as well, and is there anything he/she could do... Also you could ask for a referral to a psychiatrist that would be affordable for you - they are medical doctors that specialise in mental health problems.
Let me know if there's anything I didn't understand or got wrong, or any other advice I could help with..

Hi Surreal canvas,
Sorry you are feeling this way.
Thats great you are going to see a gp tomorrow…. I hope all goes well for you.
I had severe anxiety when I first saw my gp regarding my symptoms…. My gp put me on a antidepressant to help me to manage my anxiety…. they can take up to 6 weeks before they work completely so hang in there if you go on them.
Have you thought about therapy? I also did therapy I believe medication and therapy go hand in hand so maybe you could do a mental health plan with your gp so you can see a psychologist.
Ive now recovered after professional help.
I understand the horrible dark intrusive thoughts that accompany anxiety and depression they can really impact you ….. maybe discuss with your gp how these thoughts make you feel…
Your not alone
