How do YOU do it?
Depression can affect connectivity with others and in doing so often creates an emotional by-product of loneliness.
The loneliness can occur even when you're speaking with people (albeit a slightly better version).
If we can't connect with others or receive social acceptance, how do we manage the ensuing loneliness?
How do you do it?
Please feel welcome to share your tricks, distractions and methods for managing loneliness.

Hello Succulent Queen (love the username) and welcome.
Loneliness is extremely hard, I've struggled with this my whole life in terms of "friends". I'm a homebody apart from doing the essential stuff like appointments, groceries, etc. and walking daily.
Sometimes it's nice to be alone, it can be somewhat comforting, as weird as that may sound. Do you have anything you enjoy?
I'm sorry you're dealing with being alone. Thinking of you, take care.
