I think mentally I have gone backwards in the last month. But happy to say despite waking feeling crappy , could be anxiety or just a bad period of stress not sure yet but I got up at my kinda normal time and went for a run when really the option of bed was very tempting.

It is actually a very nice quote.

I noticed that in times I am down and don't feel like doing my usual stuff, just going to the training and sitting down and observing helps heaps. I know that I am at least keeping the routine of attending, and watching others having fun during the training often lights this dim spark bright again.

I hope you are doing well and keeping up with the exercise.

Hi Smallwolf, I am going ok, like many Covid has brought a bit of anxiety/stress to different things and the winter can cause my mood to dip so despite those things I am getting on with things ok. I have added study and some painting to my daily mix so theres a good mix of pleasure to help things but need to keep up the exercise a bit.
