Hi Zenuria, I'm sorry that you feel this way. I resonated that you wanted to change but things just didn't go the way you wanted them to be... It is frustrating...🙁
I myself also have these thoughts occasionally, and I have been wondering anything great happen to me. Sounds superstitious but I don't wanna lose hope.
Please feel free to share more, we are here to listen 🙂

Hi Zenuria,
I am really sorry that you are feeling this way.
What you are experiencing is one of the many symptoms of depression, which on occasions leaves you with a feeling of hopelessness and worthlessness.
Have you spoken to your GP about the way you are feeling as a combination of medication and counselling could really support you in this journey by producing a individualised care plan that meets your specific needs.
As person who has lived experience of living with anxiety and depression, reaching out to my GP was a massive step for me as it really helped me to recognise and accept that I have a mental illness, and I need help.
One of the biggest takeaways from my counselling sessions was before loving others, I had to reset the dial and start to love my-self first.
Only if you feel comfortable it would be useful to understand what and why you are feeling this way?
No one will judge you within these forums, they promote and deliver a safe environment for all.
All the best.
Baljit
