hi there
I don't have any advice because i'm not convinced that going to a doctor, psychiatrist or therapist works for everyone
there are a lot of different ways to get support and care
but the most important i think, regardless of the approach or person u see, is to have someone, some human, who believes you, validates you and cares.

Hi...
I dont know what you have been through and I think there may be something you are not comfortable to share with. I think you dont have to pretend to be happy everyday, if you are a bit sad or bored, you can tell with your friends or your family then make a plan to do something or go somewhere with them, sometimes if I dont tell what I am thinking, my girlfriend does not know what I want actually then we may have an unnecessary argument because of no communication, then I tried to change myself and we are really good now. I think friends and family are close enough to put trust on them, and I also trust myself when I talk to them as well, sometimes miscommunication can happen, but at the end we try to explain further then everything is still fine. as a baby, we dont feel good, we ask or we cry, we are hungry, we cry and ask, we want something, we nag them...etc our nature is to ask when we struggle sometimes, I think it is normal and we can just embrace it. I hope it is helpful
