Hi SarahZ
I started medication in the morning and somehow started to feel a sense of well-being, later that evening. I think I must of been really low to feel different so quickly.
I am having a bit of trouble sleeping now but not worried about this as it is better than feeling like sleeping all the time.
The list is a great idea and I will take that on board. Eating breakfast is something that I need to make time for and is an achievement for me.
I was keeping a journal but I found I was so negative that it made me feel worse. When I feel up for it I want to write some positive things.
Thankyou for your support and positive thoughts. It really does make a difference.
I hope you are traveling ok.
kind regards

Hello Flowertop,
Thanks for the reply and the update. Im really glad to hear that you have been feeling a bit better after taking the medication. Sometimes medication can have an effect on your sleep, so if you feel it persisting and bothering you it might be good to mention it to the doctor.
Thats great to hear that eating breakfast is something you want to make time for. There's heaps of fun breakfast recipes on google that can hopefully make you excited and look forward to eating it. I've recently been going through a phase of chia seed pudding which I really enjoy!
I'm sorry to hear that keeping a journal was making you feel worse. However, it's really endearing to hear that you want to start writing more positive pieces in there when you feel up to it. I think that's a really good idea. What I love about journals is how you can read them back later on and realise how much you have grown and transitioned from that point in your life.
Please feel free to give an update whenever you feel up to it!
Best wishes,
SarahZ
