Hi,

Im not sure how to start with these things..

I just want to get things off my chest to complete strangers because I feel like it’s the last resort.. Everyone I’ve talked to or tried to has dismissed everything I’ve said and how I’m feeling except one person who is always far away from me to do anything to help except to listen to me cry over the phone. I’m just feeling gutted, sad but really sad like the top part of my chest / heart feels empty but the bottom feels very heavy and painful. I just see the point in life if there’s too many bad than good happening.

I also am new here, and saw your post and thought I feel the exact same. Im constantly angry, and feeling empty ! Do you do anything to help with your symptoms such as exercise ? I wanted to reply to you because I know there's nothing worse than when someone doesn't reply. I hope you are okay ♥️

I wanted to say welcome to the forum and so happy that you have come to chat, to get things off your chest and to do that in a place that is full of comfort and support. I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling like you don't have anyone to talk to or that hears what you are saying and how very sad you are feeling. Come and chat here anytime and while I am no professional I would like to try to help you through this really tough time.

Exercise is a great suggestion Wildfire_e, it is so good for your mental health but also your body and to get out and get some fresh air as well as a change of scenery, that sometimes is all it takes to ease the pain, even if it is just for a few moments...

I hear what you are saying in that you don't see the point to life if there are too many bad things happening and I feel sad too that you are feeling like this, it is a lot...I think the thing is that now is a point in time and you will not always feel like this, that life does change, everyday, in fact sometime a few times in a day, but the key is to find something that can at least make you smile, or even just forget about the pain for a moment. I think if you can manage that first you are on your way. Do you have a pet you can hug?

Another solution might be to make an appointment with your doctor and have a chat, see what comes out of that and if they can suggest some things to put in place for you.

Another option is one of the amazing support lines, like kids helpline 1800 55 1800, they have some wonderful wonderful people that are trained in giving support and are available anytime to call and chat.

I am so very sorry that your heart hurts and feels empty, I am just going through that too with my brother passing away, it is alot and it is so great to talk and get it out.
