Hi Coco18-8,
It sounds like you are dealing with a really tough time right now, and could really use support. I'm glad you have found this space to open up, this forum has many people who have been through similar things and help each other through it.
If you are comfortable sharing, has anything been going on in your life recently that may have triggered these strong emotions? Have you ever experienced something like this before?
I'm glad to hear you already see a therapist but the long wait until your next app isn't ideal - have you considered calling the Beyond Blue line in the meantime for some support? The number is 1300 22 46 36
I know from experience when I have had mental health episodes, that I always assume no one wants to hear about it or support you through it, but to my surprise people did care when I opened up. Is there at least one close friend in your life you could mention this to about how you're feeling? It's so important to have a good support network around you.
If not, I understand - this can be a difficult step. We are here for you and there are other great professional supports available like your therapist.

Hi, welcome
I assume you're around 17,18yo.
I'm old enough to be your grandad but that ok.
We here are people with mental health issues that have a lot of life's experiences but we are not professionals like your therapist is. So we can chat and be supportive, offer opinions and ideas.
I noticed in your post you didn't mention directly what the problem is. If you want to post what specifically it is that would help but I also know that at your age often you don't know.
But, let me suggest a few things-
Friends, especially your age group, cannot see an emotional or depressive problem unlike a broken arm. They find it hard to give support for something invisible. Please make effort to not hold it against your friends for this reason. They are worth holding onto.
What's good about this forum is you can post 24/365 days a year, even Xmas day. You might need to wait a while for a response as people are busy but we all endeavour to reply as soon as we can.
After my post here I'll have a little man next to this thread telling me that I've replied here. So I'll know it's you.
So, I'll wait for your reply. Hey Coco, it's all going to be OK.

Hey coco18-8,
My only suggestion is to call up or email to see if you can go on a cancellation list to see if anything comes up earlier.
Lifeline have an online chat thing which is good. And there’s helplines to call anytime. There is always someone to talk to. Please reach out any time you need.
