Dear Finn1111111111~

Welcome here to the Forum, I read your other post and being bullied is a horrible thing to try to deal with, and if others do bully you they are not freinds, whatever you think. Friends look out for each other. Bullying is particularly nasty as you feel you can't do anything to stop it, feel powerless, and may be frightened to go to anyone to get it stopped in case that makes it worse.

It's not on and there are things you can do.

Have a look at:

https://kidshelpline.com.au/teens/issues/bullying

I guess I don't know much about you at this stage except you were cluey enough to have a look at SELF HELP TIPS FOR MANAGING DEPRESSION and are at school

Beyond Blue has a bit to say about depression

https://www.beyondblue.org.au/docs/default-source/resources/bl0556-what-works-for-depression-booklet...

Which you might find some help as background stuff.

Can I ask if anyone knows about your depression and the bullying? Neither is something you can sort out all by yourself.

If you have not done so already I'd suggest you talk to someone. Who do you think might be best? There are lots of alternatives, is one of your parents understanding enough so you could explain? Apart from that there may be a school councilor or a teacher you like.

If you don't think any of these would work I'd suggest web-chat or phone to the Kids Help Line who are very sensible and experienced, they are very familiar with what it is like to be bullied are also nice to talk to. They are open 24/7

Phone: 1800 55 1800

Chat: https://kidshelpline.com.au/get-help/webchat-counselling

I've not said that much as I don't know you very well as yet, would you like to come back and talk more about yourself, your life and the problems you are having?

Hello Finn1111111111, and a warm welcome to the site.

Anyone suffering from depression of any type, their life changes dramatically, interests aren't the same and what they used to enjoy doing, has now disappeared, communication or just talking with other people is non existent with the tendency of wanting to sleep more than you usually do and you bundle all of these plus many more other factors and it causes depression, something all of us on this site have experienced.

This can be very lonely with the thought that no one cares about you but coming here has been the first step to be recognised, it will make you able to talk with people who have been through this themselves and understand exactly what you're saying, so take your time, we'd love to hear back from you.

Geoff.

I hope you’re okay, maybe try giving yourself space to relax and feel imaginative and creative in nature
