Hi Diamond23,
I'm really sorry to hear that you've been feeling this way. Are you comfortable to talk to your friends or family about what you're going through?
May I ask, have you ever seen a mental health professional or a GP about this? I know that when I have kept things on my shoulders it felt like a lot of pressure and I found it hard to pull myself out of it.
Do you have some things that you like doing that make you feel a little bit better when you're feeling sad? For example I know that when I'm feeling low, watching Netflix or going for a walk helps. Guided meditation videos on Youtube are also popular and there are specific ones i.e. for anxiety, stress, feeling low.
Here for you though. I know that it can be really tough when you feel that way.
