Hey! Welcome to Friends Cafe.

This is a chill and chat space for young BB members to talk about anything and everything and make new friends.

When school's getting to you, uni or work has got you down, parents, partners, friends don't understand, and especially if you're feeling alone or lonely - come and relax awhile and talk to others who know just how you feel.

Our minds can cause us trouble, but they can also be amazing things that imagine beauty, love and fun. This cafe has everything you can imagine. To start with it's, well, a cafe. So there's chairs and tables, comfy couches for flopping, a big screen tele, unlimited download on computers for games, Spotify (or an old-school jukebox if you prefer), every movie you can think of on instant demand ... whatever you want, it's here. Post and tell us what'd you'd like.

Plus, there's an infinite menu of whatever food or drinks takes your fancy. And it's all free!

To kick it off, today we have a special range of Monster Milkshakes - those thick gooey shakes topped with cronuts, chocolate bars, cake, cookies ... whatever you want. And if you can get through one of them, you're a legend (and probably feeling a little bit sick LOL!)

Welcome friends.

Hi there Neerja,

High school is not easy normally, but now that there’s covid and other things going on, it must be extra tough. Hang in there!

Uni is not the most enjoyable but it’s not the worst. Though I wish I can go back to campus now ahaha.

Have a lovely day and take care.

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd check-in and see how everyone is finding the end of the uni semester/exam season or the start of going back to school face to face? What is everyone doing to stay healthy and/or productive, or just do the best they can? I've been trying to have a decent sleep schedule, for example!

Sending kindness guys,

Tay100

To be honest, I liked homeschooling, I could be alone and get my work done. Coming back to face-face schooling, is a bit hard to adapt to again. Luckily for my highschool, all 7-9 exams have been cancelled which is good, lol.

Hi Fire fox,

Nice to meet you.

Year 7 is a really hard year. I remember being in year 7, it was hard with the number of expectations in terms of fitting in and homework.

I agree homeschooling was fun better than being in school. But it has been really sad hearing about the number of cases and death caused by Covid-19.

I am really glad that you like highschool.

How have you been doing?

I am currently reading 12 Angry Men.

What books have all you been reading?

Does anyone have a favourite book?

Reading is so relaxing and can help people see things in different ways. Books are powerful, it expands perception and reflection.

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” – Dr. Seuss

Dear hello, hi,

I've been rereading the Harry Potter series (I find them still interesting after reading them loads of times). I can't name all of my favourite books, there are too many! (I'm a real bookworm) I agree with you saying reading is relaxing, it's one of my favourite hobbies 🙂 .
