Hi
There is two main avenues to approach this- your GP and subsequent treatment and- self help.
Lets not underestimate the many things you can do to avoid symptoms like shortness of breath, emotions and panic attacks.
The best I can do for you is list several relevant threads. You only need to read the first post of each, You can post in those threads or repost here
Use search bar at the top to insert these
anxiety, how I eliminated it
worry worry worry
triggers that down me, triggers that lift me
if all else fails be radical
Hope to hear from you soon
