Throbbing Pain That I Can Not Shake. Anyone Else?

So I have done some reading through the forums and I can’t seem to find one that mimics my symptoms although I understand everyone’s symptoms are a little different. I’m new to this and this is my first post. Hopefully someone finds this helpful!
my most common symptom is like a throbbing pain in my stomach and it can rotate up my ribs and into my chest, when I get these pains they don’t go away for hrs. So the throbbing pain is my most worrying one.
shooting/electric shock pain from left ribs down to stomach or in chest.
Heart palpitations
muscle spasms
dizzy spells
lethargic to name a few
seen specialists, Had ECG, ultrasounds, CT’s, X-rays, full bloods and everything seems fine. Made big lifestyle changes but for some reason whenever I’m feeling down and anxious my mind seems to take control and put me in a hole even after having all these test done. Anyone else get symptoms similar to mine? Just need someone to relate to so I don’t feel alone.

Hi Townsie,
I would love to extend a very warm welcome to you here if that’s okay. Good on you for bravely writing your first post 🙂
I feel that the throbbing pain and all your other symptoms sound very painful indeed. I feel it would take a lot out of your both physically and mentally...
I’m glad you’ve had medical tests to rule out various physical causes. But I suppose it’s also very confusing, because you don’t have a definitive cause. As you said, it might be anxiety related though...
I don’t personally have those symptoms, but I imagine that there would be people quietly reading along who might be able to relate to some of your symptoms...& take comfort in feeling a little less alone by reading about you...
Kindness and care,
Pepper

Dear Townsie...
I would also like to give you a warm welcome to the forums...I am pleased that your partner informed you out our beautiful and caring community family..
It really good that you know that stress and anxiety are contributing to you esophagal spasms...and know that nothing major is physically wrong...
I don’t have health anxiety..I do have major anxiety though, which brings on panic attacks sometimes, which is scary and for some reason I used to concentrate more on the feeling that I get..fast loud heartbeats...shaking body, sore chest..which amplified my thoughts and made the panic attack last longer...
I don’t feel them coming on..but when they do, I try to ground myself as quickly as I can...You can learn some grounding techniques from the thread title “Grounding What is it”...if you put the title in the search box..top right of this page..you might find something that will work for you...
Distraction helps us by transferring our negative and worrying thoughts onto something else...something that we like doing..listening to music, playing internet games, hobbies etc..Do you have something you like to do that might help distract your mind from taking control of you?.
Please talk here anytime you feel the need to..and let us know how you’re feeling since your last post....only if you want to....there’s not pressure hear at all..
Sending you my care and kind thoughts Dear Townsie..
Grandy..

I really appreciate your message. I hope everything works out for you in the end. It’s not an easy time in anyone’s life having to deal with this. But this group has each other’s backs so your never alone.
I have my panic attacks under control now, it’s just this constant pain I’m in. Have been dealing with anxiety around 10 months now and the last 5 have been horrible, like a roller coaster. I’m happy I have found this page and all the lovely people in it.
Thanks again for your response, make me happy to know that people are finding this helpful or reading.
