Sorry to hear that you are extremely stressed at present and it seems to be having a huge impact on your day to day life!
If you don't mind me asking, what is worrying you? Would you like to tell us more about what is making you stressed?
What is the name of your dog and what breed is it? Your dog obviously cares a great deal about you and I am sure you are the best companion he/she could wish for!
As you probably are aware, stress is normal and is a part of everyday life. Stress can often be a good thing, however, if it is impacting on your day-to-day activities and your quality of life, it might be a good idea to consider seeking professional assistance?
You most definitely are not the worst mother in the world. I am sure your dog loves you and is so grateful that you are their mother. The way you talk about your dog and the concern you have for his emotional well-being shows that you care for your dog greatly and are a good mother.

I feel heaps better at the moment after a nice walk. With my depression, anxiety, complex ptsd, ocd, mild autism, derealisation disorder and tic disorder co existing i can get a bundled mess at times. My doggo is jesse hes a border collie/malamute/cattle dog cross. In over 20 yrs ive seen alot of psychologists and psychiatrists and support groups. Sometimes its helped sometimes its made things worse. As for reasons this yr so far has been a joke. Its literally been one bad thing after another. I keep singing i my head from pinks bridge of light song.
LETS NOT LET OUR ANGER GET US LOST WHEN THE NEED TO BE COMES AT A WAY TO HIGHER COST

Hey WWW,
Good to hear that you are hearing better at the moment. I can tell that you have experienced a great deal and to come through the other side and continue keeping on shows and says alot about you and the person YOU are!
Have you tried to engage in group therapy? That may be an option or seeing a mental health social worker? Psychologists and psychiatrists employ the medical approach to clients. A holistic approach from a social worker may be something worth trying.
