Thank you for being brave in your post and reaching out.
Are you having more trouble sleeping since starting the new medication? I had terrible trouble sleeping for the first two weeks until the medication started working.
I'm now on a low dose. I also practice mindfulness meditation. There are websites such as smilingmind.com.au that explain how it works. It's really reduced the power of my anxious thoughts.
Thinking of you

Hi Mia, onion is exactly right...I started up anti depressants & for the first 3 weeks I couldnt sleep..+i was taking sleeping pills also..2 a night..after a month I can sleep better & only take one tablet to get to sleep now..just hang in there, the sleep will come soon for you..it takes a month for the anti-depressants to really settle & take effect I reckon...best of luck mate,Dannyn
