Hi everyone
I posted previously and was coping so well, even managed to go back too work three days a week, then all of a sudden life became horrible. Mainly due to be unable to sleep. This feels so awful I thought I had it under control. Any advice would be much appreciated. I hope tonight brings sleep and that i can get to work tomorrow.
meant to say on my first day back to work in Feb a car drove into the back of me that's twice within a short period of time but i was so determined i went the next day. Goodness knows what will be next !!!

Hi Clare,
A few underlying facts, what have you been coping with? Life became terrible? Unable to sleep? Cars accidents can be traumatic even if no one is seriously hurt, I hate to be intrusive just wondering if there is some advice I can shed.
Regards,
Josh

Thanks Sophie_M
Sincere apologies as i am relatively new to the forums too.
Please can you advise if I should copy and paste the message back into my initial thread. As having had another look at the rules it seems to suggest not.
Any advice would be appreciated as i have found this website so beneficial and would be very sad if no advice from other members was received.
Kind Regards

Thanks Slipsteam 55
I didn't particularly like exercise but it has been a big part of my recovery and I think will be a part of my life from now on. Thank you for posting, the forums are great with so many caring people.
Take care of yourself, I completely understand the long hours as I have been through that and it takes its toll on our mental health. I am heading off camping until Sunday but hope to hear back from you.
Take care of yourself

Exercise has changed my life, and im glad that its a part of yours too, i finished work today and did two hours in the gym. I feel really good , and ive been reading about how heavy exercise releases all the good stuff in our brains. I know its a saying we hear alot, but there are so many benefits in exercise. Please enjoy your camping, relax and switch off..
