Hi everyone, I often lurk on this forum, reading other people’s posts and stories, so it already feels like a safe space. I am currently undergoing the IVF procedure from the best IVF centre in Punjab. My doctors are all extremely accommodating and understanding. However, I have had a history of miscarriages, and therefore, I am really nervous about it happening all over again. Does anyone here have any experience with undergoing IVF treatment and dealing with anxiety? I would appreciate all the tips and tricks. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Welcome, so glad you decided to reach out.
I have not been through any of what you are going through, but I do have compassion and empathy for you.
What I do know is that perpetuating the anxiety and worry can have adverse effects on the body, so I have put a link in for you to a thread you may not have looked at yet that may be helpful to you at this time. This thread has been added to by many community members over time. There are also some apps that may be worth a look, eg. Beyond Now and Smiling Mind or similar.

I hope you can find something to help keep you calm and confident in order to bring a potential pregnancy to full term.
Thinking of you,
