We are sorry to hear that you are struggling so much wit having your loved ones understand where you are coming from. We have contacted you privately to offer you support.
It must be so challenging to have your family understand that you are scared to do things, hard to sleep and wake up and so scared to you really don't want to go back to the course. We acknowledge that it would be exhausting to be crying for 10 hours and what that has been doing to you.
f you feel it may be helpful, you are always welcome to get in touch with Kids Helpline. They are a confidential and anonymous, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged 25 and under.
We would strongly urge that in overwhelming moments you get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467).
If you would like some help finding mental health support, we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 1pm-12am AEST on our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport One of our friendly counsellors will be able to talk through these feelings with you and can offer support, advice and referrals.

Hi Kaylazik,
I'm so sorry to hear how you have been feeling. These feelings are really difficult to deal with when you don't feel like you have support around you so it's a fantastic thing you've done by reaching out on this forum. We're always here to have a chat and help you if you need.
Have you spoken to a GP about how you've been feeling? I think that would be a really good first place to start. Maybe after you have the conversation with the doctor it might open up the conversation with your parents.

Hi Kaylazik,
im so sorry you are feeling this way I know it’s hard.... having these feelings is a difficult thing to go through I once had severe anxiety but I have now overcome it ........ you too can overcome what you are going through....... believe me you are feeling like this now but you won’t feel like this for ever what you are going through is temporary..... feel that heart beating inside your chest that’s purpose you are supposed to be here..... please don’t give up keep pushing forward no matter how hard it feels now..... you will grow from what you are going through the best is yet to come........
it must be so hard not being able to be supported by your parents...... is there another family member or friend you could confide in?
Can you make an appointment with your gp? My gp was very supportive through out my mental health journey.....I’m sure one could help you........
please let us know how you are doing ....
If you feel anxious try to slow down your breathing.... put your attention on your breath.....😊
