Hi Emmy
yes ive experienced something very similar
the panic attack makes you worn out and uses up alot of your energy when its happening
this is pretty normal and feeling anxious after it is pretty normal too.
remember to put some self care strategies in place for you to help get through it
big hugs

Hi Emmy
Sorry to hear about the panic attack. They are so scary! Everyone experiences a panic attack differently and it can be very intense on the body so that might be why you are still feeling exhausted. If the feeling continues then maybe you need to see your GP?
Don't feel devastated about this, unfortunately it is a normal part of having a mental illness. I had a panic attack about 6 weeks ago after not having one for 18 months. It was horrible but we need to give ourselves a break.

i understand it being hard. lots of hugs. it sounds like your hubby is pretty supportive of you which is great.
thats ok seeing him more regularly is a good support for you and he will be able to monitor your medications as well. have you got any other supports in place? ant other coping strategies that you can use as well?
im not doing great but ill live.
