Hi Nskkdi,
Thank you for posting — we can hear that you’re going through a really tough moment right now. When things feel overwhelming like this, it can be so hard to know what’s happening, let alone what to do next. You’re not alone in feeling this way.
What you're describing — the fast heart, quick breathing, and tears — can be signs of a panic or anxiety attack. These feelings can be incredibly intense, but they are temporary, and they will pass. It can help to focus on slowing your breathing — gently in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Even just saying to yourself, "This feeling will pass," can help calm your system.
It’s okay to not have all the answers right now. Reaching out here is a really strong step.
If you’d like to talk to someone in real time, the Beyond Blue Support Service is here for you on 1300 22 4636 or by webchat: https://www.beyondblue.org.au/get-support.
