Hello I struggle with very bad anxietyand panic attacks I finally have a good support network that is safe and and am loved but my anxiety is becoming on again and again what do I do any help I'm feeling really alone struggling and ashamed

Hi don't feel ashamed. I struggle every day. Just tell someone you are struggling. Sometimes it helps.

Don't feel alone. People are here to help and love you. You can talk to anyone of us online to help you. I am struggling with the same thing as you. I understand your struggles. But you are doing great. You are amazing. And there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You will make it. I am proud of you. And a tip to help with the panic attacks: if your struggling to breath have a mint. It actually really helps to remind your lungs that they can in fact inhale air

Really sorry to hear about your severe anxiety and how it can be overwhelming. Thank you for reaching out, please don't feel ashamed, you should be really proud of yourself for taking the bold step of talking and sharing your feelings.

 

Very happy to hear you have a good support system who listens and cares for you and that you feel safe to talk about your challenges.

 

If I may ask and if you feel like sharing, is there any particular situation that triggers these anxieties or are you generally always anxious?

 

Not sure if you have already done, but you can try some relaxation techniques and tools to calm your anxiety. Mindfulness is one of them you can try as this may help you to focus more on the present and overcome constant worry and racing thoughts. Even going for a walk, nature walk, or simple exercises can do wonders.

 

If you are feeling extremely anxious all the time, it is important and good to talk to your GP or a mental health professional to get proper guidance, as soon as you can.
