Hi Nadia E,
Welcome to the forums and thanks so much for reaching out.
I'm so sorry you are experiencing this during COVID, I can't imagine how all these restrictions have compounded your anxiety. Anxiety is something extremely hard to cope with, even after years of having it I know it can feel like you can never get better from it. But as cliche as it sounds theres always a light at the end of the tunnel, and this light can be reached even quicker under the right care and support. I see Sophie has linked you some great support contacts you can get in touch with. Definitely check them out as well as the 'anxiety management strategies' thread. That thread has some great tips - I really recommend it!
Please keep us updated if you feel up to it. Just know we are always here supporting you.
Wishing you all the best and sending you positive thoughts!
