Hi does anyone else get a warm fluttery feeling in some parts of body is this related to anxiety .I suffer anxiety and panick attacks under stress.I have tried relaxation tapes .

Yeah I get them too. Mainly in the stomach. I get panic attacks too. You feel like your whole body is fluttering.

Yes, I get the flutters. And tight throat, tight chest, generally feeling jittery. It seems like once I get a handle on one, something else would come up. I like listening to relaxation/meditation before going to bed. It's helped me to switch off my thoughts. The thing is, meditation also requires practice. I've found that since I've been meditating regularly as part of my day, it's easier when I'm feeling jittery.
Something I heard was that deep breathing can pause the flight/fight/freeze response. I have to admit, thought, that some days I know that I need something more than 3 deep breaths!
Do you have a good GP? It might be worth having a chat.
