Hello J23
I used to be the same years ago and there used to be a mental health worker allocated at my local council who came out.....only once....I am unsure if local shires or councils still have a mental health worker but I know they have social workers who will be able to assist you J23
Id start with a community based social worker.....they should call you back especially as you are stuck.
We also have qualified counsellors that can help point you in the right direction 24/7 on 1300 22 4636
I am not sure if you have agoraphobia or a physical issue that prevents you leaving the house for treatment but I hope you can try your council to chat to a social worker as a start
I hope your day gets better J23
my kindest
Paul

Hi and welcome J23;
I appreciate how distressed you must be by your question. Unfortunately it has many answers too, so writing some more information about your situation would be really good to read, and also give me an opportunity to understand what's behind your query.
I'll be around for a while if you want to elaborate and get my feedback.
Support...
Sara
