Hi Uknown Feelings i can relate to you as about 10 years ago my wife lost a baby.I was one of the hardest things to come to terms with emotionally.I had all sorts of motions from sadness to anger. And my wife who had carried this baby was devastated. It is hard to know how to act, what to say,how to show your partner that you do care.Just comfort her, hold her and try to get through it together.

Hi Unknown, just writing to you here because i've been in your girlfriend's position three times. the best thing you can do is be kind on yourself, do something to remember the baby by. may it be a teddy, planting a tree or a tattoo and or naming baby. it's devastating, process your emotions in your own time and do it HOW YOU would like to do it. don't let anybody tell you or your girl how to grieve. reach out to friends and family, you aren't alone.
