I suppose it will largely depend on a psychiatrist's call, which would be based on one or more conversations with you. Every time I've rung 000, including for mental health crisis reasons, they've told me to take all medications with me. My HRT regimen wasn't stopped during my 17 night stay in a psych hospital.
