I can give the study buddy idea a shot! Maybe convince a mate from tafe to come over with some nights and bribe him with some beers afterwards! I'll try the library too 🙂 Thank you

I'm an apprentice landscaper and I have trade school (tafe) once a week. I'm really struggling to get good results. I don't understand how I can work so hard, sometimes even going the extra mile to study (not just do the work) and I still get an unsatisfactory? It's ruining my self confidence, how hard can landscaping be?? I've been seeing a tutor a little bit, they sort of help me with the current assignment but then I get a new one and stress out about it, I think I know what I'm doing and then I get the work back and its non satisfactory every time. What am I doing wrong?? Anybody got any tips for study?

The best person to ask would be your lecturer, they are assessing you so they would be able to help discuss with you where you need to improve.

Good luck

Study buddy... buddy.

I did a tafe course or two and an undergraduate degree and always felt better if I worked with someone or importantly around people. I liked the library because it felt like a productive space without distractions. Also I could time out my session there after class. Put in an hour or so.

Oh and I feel I should point out my study buddy was not in the same course, funny but that did not matter. Its like being around like minded people helped me feel better about things.

If you've got the time I think this could help.
