    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kellbby,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Beyond Blue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2 tips that work for me are: 1. Keeping busy/active doing things that occupy the mind. Especially pastimes you are passionate about and 2. Reading a good book on Self-esteem. This helped me to build a defence for handling lots of different scenarios, negative thoughts and other self-defeating behaviour.&lt;/P&gt;

Feel free to jump in to any of those and ask questions.&lt;/P&gt;
