Hi Tashi, well done for posting on the site. It,s a good place to work things out. I,ll try and say a few things that might help you. The first thing I want to say is that it is good that you realise there is a problem. Getting hospitalised for an illness or injury is quite a significant thing to happen. The thing is I believe you should ask yourself this question, do you just ignore these symptoms and hope that they just naturally go away? My wife says she suffers from anxiety yet she has never been hospitalised with an anxiety attack nor has she ever seen a doctor or a psych because of it. She is in her forties and has just learnt to live with the anxiety. I think you should see a psych just to get some coping skills and engage in some talking therapy. You do not have to take medication if you don,t want to. Maybe engage a psychologist that doesn't push medication, it would have to be better than nothing. I think just going on without any sort of therapy is playing with fire and it sounds like there is a risk you,ll be hospitalised again. You must do something Tashi.

Thank you for your advice. I think I have been just ignoring the symptoms because I dont think I have any reason to be feeling this way but now I know its not about the reasons. I know ibhave to speak to someone im very scared and dont easily open up amd don't know were to begin when I do. Id like to hope it just goes away but your right I do need to see someone . One step at a time though . Thank you
