Hi Leena,

I think that your worries are completely natural, and also very common. Are you still getting professional support? Have you raised some of these concerns with your therapist? It might be worthwhile working through some of them with a Counsellor/Psychologist. Often it's based on past experiences, but if things are going well for you then it would be a shame to be wasting all your energy worrying about what the future might have in store. It kind of takes away from being able to be in the moment. Do you do any practice with mindfulness? This might also be something you could consider looking into.

I'm 20, lately things have been looking up for me after being not so good for a long time.

I feel like, because things are moving along well, something is bound to destroy that.

I worry about the possibility of me dying soon - by accident/illness, as well as things like losing my partner, being fired, failing my degree, losing my home, anything that means I won't finally get to enjoy my life now that it is almost the way I always wished it to be
