Dear Winnie

I am so sorry that no one has answered your post earlier. I am also concerned that you are feeling so sad and stressed. Have you spoken to your parents? Or perhaps there is someone in your family you can talk to, such as a grandparent or aunt.

Another option is to visit your GP and talk to him/her.

You say you have a psychologist. How is your relationship with him/her? If you can tell the psych how you feel maybe the two of you can work out a different strategy for managing your thoughts and actions.

In the meantime, please write here as often as you need. Everyone here is so supporting and I do apologise that no one has responded to you before. HSC exams are so important and as you say, very stressful so I expect the expectations and workload are having a great impact on you.

Please take care of yourself as much as possible. If the boyfriend does not understand then do not discuss your problems with him. It makes you feel more frustrated and upset. Also talking about something else can help your mood to change.

Hugs and warm wishes.

White Rose

I just feel awful. I have a psychologist. I have a boyfriend. But nothing is going right. Everything is wrong and it's doing my head in. My boyfriend doesn't understand and just makes me more upset. I am doing my HSC so that is even more stress. I am not okay with my existence. I am not good enough and there is a gnawing at the back of my mind to go back to self harming. I don't want to, but...I don't know...I just don't really want to exist so I don't have to cry every night and feel so alone.
