So i came to hospital today...

Sitting and waiting to see a doctor/mental health professional.

Been here before too. Last August.

Hate it but it helps i guess. Sick of being passed around the systempsychologist canned my last appointment which gaves me the sh*ts.

Anyway.

Just thought i would drop this here.

Hey it's good that you've gone there. It shows you're still very much taking responsibility over your mental health which is good. I suppose it's redundant me asking how you are feeling, but if you'd like to share anything, we're all ears.

That sucks about your last appointment, but the hospital will have a safe place for you.

Hey

They will probably refer me on to the accute services team near where i live. They do a good job.

Its all part of the mental health journey i guess. Sometimes life can do this to us.

I just like to think of this quote:

"Once more into the fray i go, into the last good fight ill ever know. Live and die this day, live and die this day"

the last good fight for me will always be my mental health. Not good in any nice sense, but good as in a proper/real sense. Its the last real fight ill ever have. Its a fray and ill be at war with it, but so long as we win its all worth it i think.
