Also Dyl look up the no contact rule after a break up. It gives you both time to heal and generally who ever did the breaking up will come running back. I'm only 20 and if I only I did the no contact rule and ignored her completely for a month I'd probably still be with her. But at the moment you're best to just give her space

<OL>
	<LI>My ex left me last Sunday after being together for 6 months because she isn’t inlove with me anymore and says me being paranoid about her loyalty was ridiculous. She did this at her house and I cried for 3 hours then her and her mum took me to the bus station, 1hr and 45 minuets distance drive and I went back home&nbsp;just totally broken but this relationship was different like I thought and still do think she’s my soul mate I can’t not think that. We fell asleep on FaceTime to each other every night for 6 months and did so many things together, literally 700 photos/videos of us in my camera roll and some of her clothes are at my house and our book of photos she made for me, so this is coming to be super hard for me because I’m still inlove and she’s posting all these things on her story to make me hurt more and I’m just having a tough time with trying to move on this is my first relationship she’s 16 and I’m 17 and years beyond my age in maturity. I’m self harming again and have no self worth and am totally broken. I also have other mental health problems, I get different people inside my head that say degrading shit, I can’t go into a shopping centre without excessively sweating and feeling like I’m gonna vomit and feeling like everyone is watching me looking at me that there’s cameras watching everything i do, I’m taking my anger out on the wrong people and I’m just lost I’m totally lost. I’m starting to get into the drug scene and I just couldn’t care&nbsp; anymore, I got raided a week ago and charged and have court in 3 weeks. My life’s falling apart worse then ever.&nbsp;</LI>

Hi Dyl_m, sorry to hear about your break-up. The fact that it happened on Sunday is pretty recent, sometimes it takes a while to get over a break up so don't be too hard on yourself about how you're feeling. Can I ask if you've spoken to a psychologist/doctor about how you're feeling? It sounds like you're having a really hard time with going to the shopping centre, I'm really sorry to hear that. Using drugs can really affect your mental state especially when you're 17. I want you to know that you're still young and you still have time to fall in love again. If it's only been one week then you might even end up back together, although I think the best way to move on from a break-up is to have some time and distance from the person. I hope you're okay, hang in there. I would really recommend you speak to someone about this though. The Kids Helpline are super helpful as is here at Beyond Blue.

Hi Dyl_m. I'm going through similar mate. My girlfriend of 2 years who we had spent so much time together had our lives and kids names picked just decided she didn't love me anymore. For the first 3 months you'll feel like nothing can help you and you'll feel sick to the stomach all day. But it does get better with time trust me! I never thought I'd get over it but once I went to the doctor and got help I realised there is light at the end of the tunnel. Believe me mate I went though the exact same thing and thought it was impossible to ever be happy again but you will be mate. Cheers

hi Dyl_m, welcome to the site and sorry for this <G class="gr_ gr_18 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="18" data-gr-id="18">break up</G>, none of these are easy to <G class="gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="12" data-gr-id="12">handl</G>, especially when she has left you.<BR />
There are a couple of issues I am worried about here for you, <G class="gr_ gr_21 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace" id="21" data-gr-id="21">self harming</G> <G class="gr_ gr_20 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="20" data-gr-id="20">yourself</G> is not going to get her back, nor are taking any drugs, I had to learn the hard way, where I drank alcohol in excess, this destroyed my 25 year marriage, that marriage where I never thought this would happen, because we were in love, but the last few years I became a different person and was known <G class="gr_ gr_17 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="17" data-gr-id="17">as</G> being an alcoholic, even now as I only drink socially that tag still hangs around me, don't let you taking drugs to be known as a junkie, these two ways for us to be called isn't pleasant at all, seek the help that you need by contacting <G class="gr_ gr_19 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="19" data-gr-id="19">Reachout</G>, these people only dress in casual clothes and relate to young guys.<BR />
Someone has dobbed you in, and have to go to court, please ask your lawyer for the judge not to sentence you with any criminal charges and give you a warning, because if you're charged then you won't get a loan to buy that car you always wanted, nor will anyone give you insurance.<BR />
Get all the help starting with your parent's doctor, I urge you.<BR />
Take time and give yourself a break, this will be so important later on in life when you want to settle down and have a family, I ask you to please trust me. Geoff.

No worries man. Honestly sounds the exact same as my story. I have even been in the courts for drug charges myself mate &amp; im only 20. Life is tough but just keep your head up and you will find someone who treats you the way you deserve to. Just cut off all contact from her and you never know she might realise what she's thrown away. Glade to help mate
