Hey there Jamesp

I am going through a similar time in life at the moment. Today I even found out that I may not be eligible to do uber driving given my medication needs for my mental health.... and a 150 dollar fine i got while i was on my green p's. Over 3 years ago now. Anyway, guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I've still got to hear back from group therapy and that is starting to bug me because they haven't gotten back despite the fact they said they would.

I'm at a rough patch atm I guess is what I'm trying to say. But there is a need to remember some core truths. One of which is that these moments are temporary. Another is that routines are very helpful for keeping sane.

I know what you mean in regards to the gym. I feel like I haven't had any changes. But remember these things take time depending on your body type, what sort of exercises you do and your nutrition levels. I used to get very angry at myself for looking like a beanpole but I realised that I didn't anyway, but also more importantly that I just need to stick with it due to my bodytype. It does take time. What are your nutrition levels like? What sort of exercises were you doing?

I can't really relate to you on the job front as I don't really have one at the moment. This causes me a lot of angst and depression. But I guess it's all small baby steps really.

Can you possibly spend a bit of time looking for alternative work? maybe move on to somewhere else?

I know how bad it feels though. Keep at it. Things can and do change.
