I have been feeling like no one cares and that everyone hates.

I also just lost my friends because someone spread a rumour about me.

The forums are a safe and secure place to post to ensure your privacy. I have lost friends as well and it is an awful feeling..I understand where you are coming from.

hi Arnie, as Paul says this site is anonymous and anything that is said which may seem to way beyond standards, too critical or offensive will not be published.
We have all been through a stage where we have struggled in life and there are still people on the site who are still in this awkward stage of being depressed, so we know how each one of us feels.
Rumours get well out of hand as they always seem to do and generally to the worst point that go against us, sometimes we are able to laugh them of, while other times it saddens us, as they aren't true, but no matter how hard we true to correct them, most of the time it doesn't work that way, however if other people want to believe these rumours then do we want them to be our friend, even though it does upset us.
Arnie thanks for posting your comment as it is heartbreaking when our friends desert us for what ever reason that maybe, but we hope that stay with us as we would like to help you. Geoff.

Its good to hear from you. This is a very safe place to talk over anything that bothers you.

Losing friends is something we all go through for one reason or another. I can't even count the number of people who have deserted me when the going got a bit tough. When I am depressed I isolate myself and that's when most people seem to go. It took me a long time, but I am slowly learning to talk about my illness and that seems to be helping.

Everyone is different though, but I'm sure between us we can help you through this time.
