    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi all ..... so i am after advice please my partner of about 9 months has basically burnt himself out and is now in a depressed state so after having an anxiety attack he has basically said to me that he has gotten to his breaking point and he cant be do a relationship anymore as he needs to sort himself out and focus i really want to support him though he has taken the first step and gotten himself into a clinic to get the help he needs which i am thrilled for him but i just really want to b there for suppprt is there anything i can do? hhe has pushed me away once before but came back after a while but this tome is much more serious .....thoughts please​&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like your partner is experiencing all the symptoms I went through.&amp;nbsp; Not uncommon.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest that you allow him time to find his peace - even if it means taking a break from each other because the need for solitude is very typical of people in your partners situation.&amp;nbsp; It is not a reflection of a change in their feelings for you, but an unexplainable symptom of our illnrss.&lt;/P&gt;
