    <description>&lt;P&gt;After a failed tapering attempt I'm back up to my regular dosage of meds was feeling better but now my anxiety/depression has returned.&amp;nbsp; Having my 26year old son, who lives at home, having anxiety/depression doesn't help.&amp;nbsp; I've got my husband who is trying his best to understand and support.&amp;nbsp; We're both on meds and seeing psychologists.&amp;nbsp; Its a hard situation at the moment, I guess I just want to know I'm not alone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You are absolutely not alone in what you are feeling. Even though you’re doing all the right things – seeking professional support, managing your medication dosages – it can all feel like a lot. &amp;nbsp;Are there times this week where things have felt lighter for you, even for a little while?&lt;BR /&gt;
