I am hoping you would have reached out to your GP about this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you spoken to a family member or friends whom you trust for support? This can really help your burden seem lighter and make you feel less alone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any specific reason for your sadness, if you want to share?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please be gentle with yourself...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happylife&lt;/P&gt;</description>
